These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jl83 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on jl83, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use jl83. We verify age during registration and at other stages. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed and funds forfeited.
jl83 is operated for and directed at residents of the Philippines. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
Each player is permitted to hold one jl83 account only. Duplicate accounts may be suspended, and any funds held in duplicate accounts may be voided. Contact support to merge or close duplicate accounts.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before requirements are met.

1.1 By accessing or using the jl83 website, mobile interface, or any associated service (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the jl83 Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games, sports markets, or promotions, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1.2 These Terms apply to all users of the jl83 Platform, including registered account holders and casual visitors. Certain features of the Platform — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — are available only to registered and verified account holders.
1.3 jl83 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Where a change is material, jl83 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or on-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the jl83 Platform. This minimum age requirement is set in accordance with Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR player protection guidelines. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years old or older. jl83 may request documentary proof of age at any time. If it is determined that a player is or was under the age of 21, jl83 will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and forfeit any funds in the account balance.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The jl83 Platform is directed at and intended for residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal are prohibited from registering or using the jl83 Platform. jl83 does not accept liability for any Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited.
2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into these Terms.
2.4 Employees. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of jl83 and its affiliated companies, technology providers, and game suppliers are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) jl83 account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If jl83 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, any pending withdrawals voided, and bonus winnings forfeited. Players who believe they have accidentally created a duplicate account should contact customer support immediately.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). jl83 is required to verify the identity of all registered players as part of its compliance obligations. You may be required at any time — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a periodic account review — to submit valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, PhilSys ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete identity verification within a reasonable period may be suspended.
3.4 Account Currency. All jl83 player accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Transactions processed in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and conversion fees may apply.
3.5 Non-Transferability. jl83 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise assign your account or any funds held in your account to any third party.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl83 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email address.
4.2 You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jl83 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
4.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jl83 customer support immediately via live chat or email. jl83 will investigate and take appropriate steps, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending investigation.
4.4 jl83 employs industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, and device recognition. Players are encouraged to enable 2FA on their account at all times.
4.5 jl83 will never ask you to disclose your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from jl83 that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jl83 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods may change from time to time; refer to the Cashier section of the Platform for current options.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method. jl83 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your jl83 wallet within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing times. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed by jl83 within the timeframes published in the Cashier section of the Platform. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours. jl83 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
5.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. As a general rule and to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, jl83 will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. jl83 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving withdrawals to alternative methods.
5.6 Dormant Account Funds. If a player account remains inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, the account will be classified as dormant. jl83 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as notified to the player. Players are encouraged to contact support to reactivate dormant accounts.
6.1 jl83 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (for sports bets) will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the specified time frame will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. jl83 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts; using a bonus in conjunction with low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee a withdrawal regardless of outcome; and coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion. jl83 reserves the right to void any bonus, reclaim any bonus-derived winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, only one bonus may be active in a player account at any given time. Players must manually opt in to bonuses where required by the Platform interface.
6.5 jl83 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of credit.
7.1 General. All bets placed on the jl83 sportsbook and all games played in the jl83 casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, game, or event. These specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and assigned a unique bet reference number by the jl83 system. Bets that are not confirmed — whether due to a network interruption, system error, or market suspension — are void and will not be settled. jl83 does not guarantee that a bet submitted by a player will be accepted.
7.3 Void Bets. jl83 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including, but not limited to: manifest pricing errors; match abandonment or postponement beyond the rules of the applicable sport; where jl83 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms; or where a regulatory or sporting body voids the underlying event.
7.4 Live Betting. In-play or live betting markets are offered subject to real-time data feeds. In the event of a data feed error or significant delay, jl83 reserves the right to suspend, delay, or void live markets. Live betting odds change continuously and the odds displayed at the time of bet placement are not guaranteed until the bet is confirmed.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. jl83 applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per player. These limits are published in the sportsbook and casino sections of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Any winnings in excess of the published maximum will not be paid.
7.6 Random Number Generation. All casino games on jl83 that use a random number generator (RNG) are certified by the game supplier as using a fair and independently audited RNG. The outcomes of RNG-based games are not influenced by jl83 or by the player's wagering history.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl83 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of bets and bonuses, and recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited conduct:
9.1 All content on the jl83 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of jl83 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
9.3 Any unauthorised use of jl83 intellectual property — including scraping odds data, replicating game interfaces, or reproducing promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10.1 The jl83 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl83 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
10.2 jl83 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to system downtime or technical errors; loss of data; loss of profits; or loss of opportunity.
10.3 In no event shall jl83's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that player to the Platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.5 You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your jl83 account. jl83 is not responsible for any financial losses sustained through gambling activity on the Platform.
11.1 By jl83. jl83 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jl83 reasonably believes that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player's account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to jl83, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 Effect of Closure. Upon closure of an account by jl83 for cause, any bonus funds, free bet credits, and bonus-derived winnings held in the account will be forfeited. Real-money balances resulting from verified deposits (net of any bonus abuse adjustments) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method following an investigation period.
11.3 Closure by Player. Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting jl83 customer support via live chat or email. Accounts closed at the player's request will have any real-money balance (net of pending wager obligations) refunded to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period. Voluntarily closed accounts may be reopened upon player request, subject to jl83's discretion and any applicable cooling-off period.
11.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude from the jl83 Platform for responsible gaming reasons should refer to Section 12 and contact customer support. Self-exclusion requests are treated with priority and confidentiality.
12.1 jl83 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:
12.2 jl83 requires all players to be at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine standards for casino-style gambling. We do not knowingly permit minors to register or play on the Platform.

13.2 jl83 may be required by applicable law or by a court, regulator, or law enforcement authority to disclose player information. jl83 will comply with any such legally binding obligation and is not required to notify the affected player in advance where prohibited from doing so by law.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and jl83 arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, you should first contact jl83 customer support with a written description of your complaint. jl83 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and will aim to resolve the dispute within 14 calendar days of receiving the full details of your complaint.
14.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally between you and jl83, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
14.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and applicable game/promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and jl83 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties.
